POSSESSION; Full Possession will be given to buyer on January 2, 2014.
TERMS OF SALE: A 15% down – payment will be required on sale day. Balance due by cash, certified funds or a direct wire to the Trust Account of Cornwell Inc. Land Brokers - Auctioneers. Balance due within 30 days of the sale, at which time a title insurance policy showing marketable title will be delivered. Title insurance will be paid 1/2 by buyer and 1/2 by seller. Taxes for 2013 and All prior years will be paid by seller.
2014 Taxes and subsequent years to be paid by the buyer.
